"I knew that I wanted to write a love song on my first project, but I struggled to come up with an idea for it that related to the themes of Time I'll Never Have as a whole. However, after I finished writing some of my other tracks, I realized that love was a big factor in my existential dread and fear of death. Every time I would look into my partner's eyes I would fear losing her in my death. This was an idea that haunted me, and so I decided to write about that. This song is the start of that journey where I talk about all of the things that I feel when I think of her."
